I have gotten 12 calls from people complaining about the rates for one of the hotels. Apparently, they are quoting the wrong rate. I can't believe this. I called the hotel. The manager who made the rate agreement with me has quit and now the hotel doesn't want to honor the rate. I will be flying to Noble Valley on tomorrow. I ain't in the mood for this.
