I have added the new hotels in Noble Valley. The list is here.

They are further away from the hotel than the other hotels.

Dinner & Back
Well, we ate dinner.  Now we are back in the hotel room.  Marcelle and I couldn't decide on what movie to see, so we didn't go see anything.  I am a bit upset because I don't want to be stuck in this room.  There are no GBF Churches with anything going on tonight.  Boy, what I wouldn't give for a revival tonight.  (Can't believe I said that.)

In Noble Valley

We have just finished checking out two of the hotels. They are nice so far. I have worked out deals for the hotels.

We are going to the other hotel tomorrow. We are about to go to dinner. We may catch a movie, too.

To Noble Valley

I am on my way to Noble Valley. Marcelle is going to meet me at the airport in Noble Valley. Her flight is arriving before mine. We are going to go check out the hotels. She is going to fly back to Oxford.

I told Eld. Hayesforth that we were going to go check out the hotels. He was okay with us going without him. I am glad. I know I ain't right.

Still Rambling
My family owns several businesses in the cities of Fontaine, Oxford, and Freling. If my uncle has his way, we will be in Hearne and New Haverd. My uncle, the family patriarch, is very ambitious. As a matter of fact, all of the men are. My cousin, Misty and I are the only two women of the family that have the same ambition as the men of the family.

Most of us, don't want to leave Oxford just yet. Most of my family lives there or in Fontaine. A few of us live in Freling.
There are a bunch of us.

My grandmother and grandfather had 12 children. Those 12 children had 84 children. I don't even know how many 2nd and 3rd cousins I have. It's a bunch of them.

My Grandparents: Alfred (96) & Eva (88) White
Their Children:
  • Terrance White (Family patriarch)
  • Arthur White
  • Frank White
  • Helen White-Barnes
  • Karen White-Murphy
  • Linda White-Andrews
  • Shirley White-Henley
  • Jackie White-Vaughnn
  • Isaiah White
  • Michael White
  • Alberta White-Scott
  • Tommy White (My father)
My father is the odd ball. He got married in his 30s and he only has 3 children. The next lowest number is 5. On top of that, none of his children are married. Almost everyone else's children are married and have children.

Oddly, enough, the married people in the family have only had one marriage. No one has had any children born out of wedlock. In my family, we stay married. It's pretty cool in my family. No one has been to jail. Everyone does relatively well in school (at least a 78 or better). Everyone born after 1955 has went to college and graduated. We all have to go to college. That is a family requirement. After college, we have to go work in one of the family businesses. We have so many businesses in the family that you can find something that you like. I think like only 7 people don't work in the family business. They are teachers and pastors.

Why do we have someone with a degree in almost every field?

MariBeth always messes with me about my family. She always says, "You gotta be too good in your family. She doesn't know how right she is.

I guess I am through rambling now.

New Hotels
Someone from the GBF asked me to look into some hotels for them. I am looking into them. Hopefully, I can get three more hotels for the list.

Thankfully, my family owns a Travel Agency and I am use to doing things like this. I work at the travel agency or the bookstore. I am an investor in both of them. They are doing pretty well.
And none of what I just said has anything to do with new hotels. I will finish this rambling in another entry.

To Do List Completions
Here's my to do list for this week.
  • Check on the equipment for the music.  - The equipment is ready for our use.

I have accomplished everything that I needed to accomplish for the week.  I am glad.  The registrations are coming in.  A couple of people emailed me about the zoo day.

I think I may go shopping.  I need a new outfit to wear for the convocation.

I should be getting an email from Eld. Hayesforth with more stuff to do.  Marcelle wants me to come to Quinton.  I don't know yet.  If I go, I will leave on Friday.  Plus, I will need to tell Eld. Hayesforth that I am coming.  If he finds out, he will have me working like crazy.  I may just fly Marcelle down here.  I will have to see.

Back At Home

I am back at home. The weekend in Noble Valley went well and things were very positive with the people that I met.

Eld. Hayesforth preached a good message. The service at Charity Pentecostal Church was good, too.

I am happy to be at home.
